Booking Conditions
The following booking conditions apply to all the trips described on this Website are operated by Touren Nepal Treks. Pvt. Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Bookings:
To book any trip with Touren Nepal Treks Pvt. Ltd, you must fill up the booking application form.
Payments: All tours are booked with Touren Nepal Treks Pvt. Ltd. 30% of the total contracted price is needed by us to confirm your participation in your desired tour. The remainder needs to be paid either before you arrive in Nepal or upon arrival in Kathmandu before your trip starts. Each traveler should submit a copy of their passport and two PP-size photos too.

Cancellation
Touren Nepal Treks PVT. Ltd. Do not cancel the trip, in case you cancel the trip, the process is as follows:
- Cancellation by you after the booking of your tour, the trip deposit is non-refundable.
- 25 days before your tour date, 50% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
- 15 days before your tour date, 60% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 7 days before your tour date 100% cost is non-refundable.
Cancellation rule for Air ticket purchase
The cancellation procedure for air tickets purchased applies the same rule mentioned above.
Responsibility
Touren Nepal Treks Pvt. Ltd is always committed to the fulfillment of your every desire. We perform our duties truthfully and seriously to make your remarkable and rewarding holidays in Nepal with us. However, this company will not take any liability regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters, political unrest, cancellation of flights, delayed arrival, sickness, or accidents. Touren Nepal Treks Pvt. Ltd. while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation, and other services only acts as a means on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation or delays, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with the utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation because of factors beyond our control.
Assumption of risk
The traveler/ trekker should understand that during the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in remote places without medical facilities, and the forces of nature. The traveler/trekker agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees, or agents, or any member of the tour group, personal injury, illness, or delay of traveler/trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler/trekker during the trip, howsoever caused.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition while booking treks and tours with us that trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, loss of items, theft or damage to baggage, and personal effects.
Emergency Rescue Evacuation
The helicopter cost is US $1825.00 to $2500.00 per hour. It depends upon the rescue location & flying hours. Normally it takes 3 to 4 hours of flying time but, again, it entirely depends upon the location and the weather at the time of rescue. So, all clients need to have medical & rescue insurance before arriving here. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. Any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour mustn't exclude mountaineering.

Authority of leader
Our tour leader reserves the right to refuse to continue to carry any passenger(s) causing inconvenience or annoyance to other travelers/trekkers or creating difficulties that would hamper the smooth running of a trip. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal possessions, or any consequential losses resulting therefrom. If a traveler/trekker is injured or becomes ill, all evacuation and hospital expenses, doctors’ fees, and repatriation costs are the traveler/trekker’s responsibility, and Nepal Social Treks shall not be liable for any refund of the tour fare.
Complementary Policy
One member of the tour leader is 100% free on the 15 People group for the Trekking and Tours package. (Except National park fees, special permit of the trek, and flights)
One member of the tour leader is 50% free on 10 People Group for Trekking and tour package. (Except National park fees, special permit of the trek, and flights)
Additional Charge
On our trekking and tour packages, rooms or tents are provided on a sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room or tent with others also an additional charge except agreement of booking, the clients must pay an extra charge.
