Educational support from Mr. Lugauer & Mrs. M.J. Lugauer

There are two kinds of schools in Nepal such as: public schools (Government schools) and Private schools. The Public schools teach in Nepali and English medium, but the private schools teach in English medium.

The Public schools lack many basic amenities such as teachers, stationery, classrooms, desks, benches, and poor management. So that the public schools often miss out on necessary education for the children. The schooling cost in Public schools is very minimal or gratis. The private school's education is expensive, but better for education in Nepal.

Good education is a fundamental right for every child, and each family wants to provide a good education for their child as well. But good schools are not available in the countryside, they have only Public schools in remote places. Good schools are based in urban areas. So, the people who are willing to provide good education for their child have to leave the remote countryside life at any rate.

The economic conditions of the countryside people may not support the schooling cost of their child at a Private school. However, living in urban areas for their child's education is a bitter compulsion for Nepali people. Their income source is lower, and their expenditure is higher; they have to pay expensive living costs, but at any rate, they have to live because of their child's education.

We know so many economically marginalized families. We are trying to provide some financial support for their child’s education along with our friends and well-wishers. Our good friends Mr. Lugauer & Mrs. M.J. Lugauer from Tirol in Austria are always aware about the lives of back-warded people in the Himalayas. They took part in funding the water project maintenance, warm jacket donation to 193 (handicapped, disabled, widowed, and aged) people at Basa, just after the pandemic outbreak. At the same time, Mr. Lugauer & Mrs. M.J. Lugauer proposed to us if there are some people whom they can help with something? At the same time, there was one family (a mother and a boy) living in KTM, and the father was working in Qatar, and they were having a big economic problem. The boy’s father used to receive a very minimal income as a laborer in Qatar. The Father’s income should cover the boy and his mother living in Kathmandu and schooling expenses, as well as their room rent. This was quite difficult for them to manage, and the mother was almost mentally depressed due to the problem. Mr. Lugauer & Mrs. M.J. Lugauer provided Eruo with 600. For them, this remained quite a remarkable financial support for the boy’s schooling.

Again, in 2024.12.23, Mr. Lugauer & Mrs. M.J. Lugauer had provided some financial support to the economically marginalized children. We have distributed the money for four children (Three girls and a boy) of different families from different regions. Of course, the boy is the same person whom they have helped, two girls are from a marginal family, and an abandoned girl by her parents after they were separated. The details about the child are as follows:
