There are different ways to hike up to the world peace pagoda stupa. The most enjoyable hike takes a boat in front of Barahi temple, crossing the Lake, and hiking for about 1 hour through the forest to the Anand hilltop. Pokhara itself is naturally a beautiful place, it has very attractive and panoramic mountains view even in a bustling city. The Lakes and surrounding nature such as caves, river streams, and landscapes are quite amazing. Pokhara is a valley surrounded by several green hillocks, every hillock provides mesmerized views among them Word Peace Pagoda stupa is one of the most attractive travel destinations. World peace pagoda stupa lies at a great vantage point that offers spectacular views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and so many other snow-caped peaks, picturesque landscape, villages, wide blanketed Phewa Lake, and spreading city outlet view immense here. Visiting around the wonderful peace stupa and its garden becomes meditational hiking. Recently, on the other side of the hill, the great Shiva statue has been built. It takes just about 30 minutes of hiking from the Stupa for a nicer view. There are several fast food restaurants all over the Green Hillocks. Follow a hidden walking trail through the ridge that directs to the south. Pass the lower hill via a big Pipal tree and stone staircases to the Tibetan refugee camp site. Walk for a while along the road then enter into Davi’s fall site. This is another amazing hike due to the hidden waterfalls. If you have enough time and are more curious go and visit Mahadev cave beyond Davi’s fall. Then take a taxi or vehicle for coming back to the hotel
