    Itinerary

On your arrival at the international airport, we will welcome you with a garland of marigolds and take you to your hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel (B&B) in Kathmandu

A road trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara is approximately 200 Km, and it is one of the most popular scenic journeys from the bustling capital to a premier Himalayan viewpoint. The drive follows the Trishuli River for a large portion of the trip, offering views of deep river valleys, terraced farms, and small highway towns. Current Road Conditions (2026): Significant portion of the Muglin-Pokhara road is being widened and upgraded. The total distance is approximately 200 km, and a typical driving time is 9 hours, though this may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

After breakfast at the hotel, we travel by private jeep to Banthanti. The road to Birethanti is good, but then a bumpy, difficult stretch begins in the hills. We therefore need a four-wheel-drive jeep until we reach Banthanti. Occasionally, the jeep will drive a little further if road conditions are good; otherwise, we will have to continue on foot from Banthanti. The hike takes about 3 hours and leads through rhododendron forests to Ghorepani (2,800 m). Overnight stay in comfortable accommodation with a beautiful view in Ghorepani.

We must set off early in the morning to climb Pun Hill, the dominant vantage point, to witness the beautiful sunrise. You will need to bring a torch for the walk in the dark, as it takes around 45 minutes to reach the viewpoint. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I and Manaslu are all visible, and they are over 8,000 metres high. The sacred Fishtail, Gurja, Thapa Peak, Tilicho Peak, Nilgiri Peak, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal and Ganesh Himal are lined up as mountain views from the climax of Poon Hill. The breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful landscape, including the Kaligandaki Valley and the Pokhara Valley, make the trek an unforgettable experience. Descend to the hotel for breakfast and follow the path along the undulating mountain ridge, with a whole series of beautiful trails through the alpine rhododendron forest, all the way to Deurali. Leave the classic trail at Deurali and follow a hidden path through a deep Himalayan forest up the hill. There are some steep climbs along the way until you reach the barren alpine yak pasture. The trail climbs gradually along the barren grassy slope and eventually reaches a huge yak pasture hut before descending for a while to Dobato, where you will spend the night.

Muldhe is another key vantage point in this region. Thanks to the Poon Hill viewpoint, it offers an enchanting view of the natural surroundings. Poon Hill is recommended for the sunrise, followed by Muldhe, but Muldhe is best suited for views of the Himalayas and the natural landscape. The viewpoint is not far from the lodge. Head down to the lodge for breakfast, then begin your trek to Tadapani through the beautiful and peaceful alpine forest. In this area, you will often see various species of wildlife, birds, and groups of langurs. Eventually, you will reach a small village called Tadapani, which is surrounded by beautiful mountains and woodland. You will then hike downhill for about 45 minutes to the most beautiful and peaceful spot called Chuile, where you will spend the night

The trail through the dense rhododendron forests is very interesting and pleasant. Short, steep steps lead down to a stream, then the path continues gently downhill to the village of Ghandruk. Ghandruk is known for its Gurung culture and traditions, as well as for the Gurkhas. We arrive here for lunch, and the Gurung Museum is a highly recommended place to visit, as are its modern bakery and cafés. After lunch, we travel to Pokhara by private jeep. During the journey, you’ll pass through several picturesque landscapes and terraced fields on the way to Pokhara. Check in at the hotel and enjoy some free time in the city of Pokhara

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and begin your tour with a jeep ride to the largest Shiva statue, the Pumbikot viewpoint. The panoramic view of the mountains, the city of Pokhara, and the lake is an unforgettable experience. You will then drive down to the World Peace Pagoda Stupa. The Shiva statue temple and the Buddhist stupa sites offer breathtaking panoramic views and spiritual energy. Afterwards, you will drive to Davis Fall and Gupteshwar Cave. Davis Fall was named after a Swiss woman who lost her life while bathing in this waterfall, which is why given a new name of Davis Fall. Otherwise, the locals call it the PATALE Waterfall. This is an impressive waterfall. Visit the Gupteshwar Hindu Temple, which leads into a huge underground cave. Drive to the International Mountain Museum for a wonderful visit. Return to the hotel and take some time for souvenir shopping and exploring Phewa Lake.

The drive from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park is stunning. Diverse landscapes, nature, culture and traditions, combined with a motorway journey, make the trip very interesting. Check in at the hotel and enjoy some free time

Boating, bird watching, canoeing, a jungle safari with elephant riding, and a visit to the elephant breeding center. In the evening, visit the Tharu Cultural Centre

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport, which is about an hour’s drive from the national park. The flight from Bharatpur to Kathmandu takes 30 minutes. Our company’s jeep will be waiting for you at Kathmandu Domestic Airport to pick you up and take you on a short sightseeing tour. Visit the largest Buddhist stupa, Mahabuddha, the famous Hindu temple Pashupatinath, and then drive to the hotel.

You will have a full day to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. During the tour, you will also have the opportunity to buy antique souvenirs. The famous antique souvenirs from these areas include Tibetan thangka paintings, wood carvings, metal carvings and ornaments. In the evening, we invite you to a final farewell dinner.
