Altitude Sickness: The Mountain has its own discipline, you cannot turn the character of mountains into your character. If you avoid the mountain’s character then there will be a big risk. Follow the theory of go higher and sleep at lower. So go slower, drink enough water, take enough acclimatization, and supply enough energy. If you have some symptoms of altitude stop going higher take a rest or descend to a lower altitude.
