Dhami, Jhankri and Bijuwa (Shamans)

The shaman technique is one of the oldest philosophies of healing or treating illness or following religious methods to procedure the traditions. Different kinds of spiritual masters (Dhami, Jhankri, and Bijuwa) lead varieties of separate spiritual and religious ecstasy, according to their supernatural realms they obtained. These three different titles have different declarations for different compositions, expositions, social aspects, cultural roles, and societal themes and respect in society.

How do they become Shaman?

  The shaman system appears mostly in the ethnic groups, who believe in the myth and homage of nature are the mighty and supreme powers. There are certain processes and methods to be a Shaman. He/she would be guided by supernatural powers in his/her dream and come to expose his/her realms into the physical world. What does he/she have to do or how does he/she have to worship for his ancestors or divine powers? The method would be provided in his/her dreams or would be known by certain supper spiritual power or some veteran elderly Masters or shamans will teach the mantras and spiritual practices. These kinds of courses take place mostly during certain occasions of time such as Purnima (The full Moon Day) or should have suitable and appropriate functions occur in society. They cannot practice everywhere or every day, it should have special occasions and conditions.

Dhami:

Dhami Is one of the most important Spiritual masters. There are different Dhamis for different worships or dimensions to obtain solutions to the problems afflicting the community or ethical society. Dhami will worship the ancestors, patronage spirits, and offer religious worship. Dhami is a multi-usage spiritual master for alleviating traumas affecting the soul or spirit and believes they restore balance & wellness of the affected physical body or the individual. Also believing as intermediaries or messengers between the human world to the spiritual divine world.

Jhankri:

Everyone can be a Jhankri if he or she wants to follow superspiritual divine power. One does not need to have ancestral superspiritual or patronage realms to become a Jhankri. If someone wants to be a Jhankri, he has to practice along with the Guru (Masters) or read mantras and practice Shamanism. Jhankri will be used only for some healing when someone is believed ill by a ghost (negative perception) or witch spirit.

BIjuwa:

bijuwa

Bijuwa is believed a special Shaman that directly visits the divine world and speaks with the deceased soul or ghost spirit. They find the Mantras and Tantras in their dream, One Bijuwa’s Mantras and Trantras are not similar to others. Each has a separate method, system, and mantras for the restoration of the balance or elimination of ailments and illnesses by mending the soul. Bijuwa can perform some rituals as well as a Dhami does but every Dhami cannot perform as a Bijuwa.

Bijuwa is not as usable as Dhami but it is very important to heal or treat the deceased spirit, cleanse for good fortune, and revoke the plucking connections with ghosts or bad fortune. Bijuwas treat mostly those who are spiritually affected by mind misbalances, philosophical hampers, and willingness restorations, vows the patronage spirits for better blessing and caring, and brief negative spirits to leave and not to touch the human world. Also, Bujuwa allures ghosts or negative spirits by vowing many things if the bad spirit does not obey to depart then they challenge them to shower the fires, yeast glue barrage, etc
